Shalom Rabbi:

I know about many Hharedi from Benai Brak who are Talmidei Hhhaimim and a teacher who demonstrates in Israel in the Temani Congregations that it is strictly forbidden to purchase or to own books of rav Qafahh zs"l as he argues there is in it a suspicion of heresy. A) what [is the] opinion of the rav about this? B) How is this reconciled with the expression that Talmidei Hhakhamim bring peace to the world?

Rav Yosef Qafahh answers: difficult to precisely translate

Shalom and blessings: Run away (escape) from excommunicating other people, and determine that there is in them a suffering (fear) of heresy. A desire to plead a claim (case) , a desire to debate an argument. But there is no (making a) manipulation with the help from the power that are (available) to him as a wise man to determine from G-D who is a non-believer and who is suffering heresy and who is kosher.

As far as how much is known to me, this argument is not only for the sake of heaven, and is mixed with many other concepts. Run away from the argument flee because of the fire, and make your ear like a funnel (earpiece) to listen to Torah (teaching) of turning away all of them [or listen to the teaching of all their kindness]. 

Wise men bring peace in the world as according to the applications thus to be of the different opinions, and do not  when they exploit power in order to disqualify many people.
